quick access quality coffee ski locker
the location is near lifts and some restaurants. the boot room provides quick access. breakfast offers quality coffee and well-prepared scrambled eggs.

broken locker only one key
The location was acceptable. It's close to the slopes.
The ski locker didn't lock, despite promises it would be fixed, it wasn't. Staff seemed happy to say they would speak to maintenance, but nothing happened. We were offered only one key for the room, quite annoying.

ski equipment heated swimming pool
The location is excellent. The cretaz and campetto lift are just a short walk away. i found it convenient to rent ski equipment at the rossignol store located inside the hotel. after a full day, the enclosed heated swimming pool and saunas were very relaxing.
the room i stayed in felt a bit dated. there were only paper cups provided, with no glasses or bottle opener available. the cramped bathroom also made showering a little difficult.

quick access excellent breakfast
The location is superb. It is close to the lifts and restaurants. the boot room allows quick access. the breakfast is excellent. The scrambled eggs and coffee stood out. the spa, pool, and sauna were large and relaxing after skiing.
the lockers and boot heaters in the ski room weren't working

helpful staff ski rental cold ski room small lockers
the staff was very helpful. the ski rental service inside the hotel was convenient (i got good equipment).
The ski room was quite cold. the lockers were small. Putting wet equipment inside was not ideal (i was hoping for a warmer space).

friendly staff spacious room varied breakfast
I found the staff friendly and helpful! My room was spacious and it was a short walk to the slopes. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety, including gluten-free options.
The minibar lacked glasses.

broken ski locker shared locker
The location was great with mountain views. The staff was friendly.
The ski locker for my room was broken, a BIG problem. I was told it would be fixed , but it never happened. I had to share a locker, inconvenient.
